NFL Week 15 on TV in New York

CBS has a doubleheader today, while FOX will show a single game to each region.

If you live in the New York area, you will see:

Titans at Giants early on CBS

Patriots at Steelers late on CBS

Seahawks at 49ers late on FOX

The Giants really destroy the Sunday viewing experience today in New York. They play at home in the early afternoon window on CBS. League rules dictate that no other game may be shown at the same time a local team plays a home game. That means New York is stuck with this Titans-Giants snoozefest with no alternative early.

That rule also means FOX has to show it’s one game this week in the late afternoon window. The only late afternoon game FOX is showing this week is a pretty lousy 49ers-Seahawks game.

The entire nation will see Eagles at Rams tonight on NBC and Saints at Panthers tomorrow night on ESPN.
