Jets podcast: Darnold comeback ends losing streak

New, comments
NFL: New York Jets at Buffalo Bills Rich Barnes-USA TODAY Sports

For the first time since the middle of October, the Jets got a win yesterday. New York rallied late to beat the Buffalo Bills on the road 27-23. It was a stark contrast to the first meeting between the two teams in the Meadowlands last month won by Buffalo 41-10. A lot can change between games, and that certainly happened in this game. New York came back from an early 14-3 deficit and put together a game-winning drive in at the end of the game.

The big story will be and should be Sam Darnold registering his first fourth quarter comeback and his first game winning drive. He may have done it in a contest between a pair of bad football teams, but it still was a road comeback victory against a quality defense. On today’s podcast we will discuss Sam’s heroics along with tanking talk and some of the other heroes of the game.

Thanks for listening.
