The Jets took a frankly disgusting 13-6 loss to the Dolphins in Miami, falling to 3-6 on the year with their playoff hopes dashed.
In the second episode of the Gang Green Nation Podcast, I go over the good and bad of the loss. Some topics:
- The dominant defensive outing, highlighted by Jamal Adams’ bounceback game, Avery Williamson’s active performance, strong games from Buster Skrine and Darryl Roberts, a slump-snapper from Leonard Williams, and a rare legitimately good edge rush showing from Jordan Jenkins, Jeremiah Attaochu, and Brandon Copeland.
- Positive signs from Quincy Enunwa, rapidly ascending Chris Herndon, and a fresh Elijah McGuire.
- The absurdity of the Spencer Long debacle and offensive line struggles from Brandon Shell and Brian Winters.
- Sam Darnold’s nightmare of a game - and an eerily similarity to Broadway Joe.
- A small tad of coaching complaints.
