Monday Night Football, Week 11. What a game! This is what Monday Night Football is supposed to be. Tonight the Kansas City Chiefs travel to La La Land to take on the Los Angeles Rams in Los Angeles, California.

This is great NFL theater. These might be the two best teams in the NFL and it would not be a surprise to see a rematch in the Super Bowl.

The 9-1 Chiefs are currently the top seed in the AFC playoff rankings. The Chiefs come into this game on a four game winning streak. The Chiefs have a budding superstar in Patrick Mahomes II leading an offense that has been remarkably consistent and prolific. The Chiefs have not scored less than 26 points in any game this season and have scored 37 or more in six out of ten games. You want to beat the Chiefs, you better be ready for a shootout.

The 9-1 Rams’ only loss this season came at the hands of the only 9-1 team not playing in this game, the New Orleans Saints. Like the Chiefs, this Rams team features a budding young superstar in Jared Goff at quarterback. Like the Chiefs, this Rams offense has been remarkably consistent and prolific, scoring 33 or more points in all but two games this season.

These two teams have great offensive designs, great offensive play makers, and great young quarterbacks. This one figures to be a testament to the kind of offensive fireworks Jets fans can only dream about.

It’s the Chiefs and the Rams in what could well be the best football game of the 2018 season. Find a big screen TV, grab some popcorn and enjoy. This is Monday Night Football the way it’s meant to be.

Enjoy the game everybody.
