I know a lot of you are apprehensive but lets go over Macc's GOOD moves:

1st round picks, trading away Pryor for Davis, Upgrading Demario Davis to Avery Williamson, Fitzpatrick's first year, trading away Sheldon, McCown's first year, Finding and signing UDFA Robby Anderson, Finding and signing UDFA Doug Middleton, trading back into middle round for Brandon Shell, Marcus Maye double dip

It's easy to forget about these things when the guy also drafted Hackenburg, Hansen, Stewart and Devin Smith. But everyone has misses. I want to see how he operates under a better coach.

the SOLUTION: Jim Harbaugh - he'll need power, bring him in not just as the Head Coach but also the Director of Player Personnel. Harbaugh knows what players he needs and can have the power to work with Macc on them, especially in the middle rounds of the draft. I don't think Harbaugh would've let him sign Revis or even Wilkerson when Macc did. We need Macc to have an elite football mind to share his power with, but can also use some of Macc's strategy especially when inviting undrafted rookie free agents.

Now with Harbaugh and Macc teamed up the Jets can:

1) Sign Leveon Bell (figure out a realistic number) and Demarcus Lawrence as our big money FAs

2) OL Overhaul: Keep Shell, Move Long to guard where he'll hopefully be a backup. Cut Winters, Carpenter and Beachum, Qvale, Harrison, Dozier etc.

3) Sign Matt Paradis as a veteran leader at Center, Cameron Fleming to compete at guard or at worst be a swing tackle, sign a veteran guard like Andy Levitre to have a temporary starter on other side that won't cost much

4) Sign Dee Ford who seems to have turned corner on Chiefs this year if they let him walk

5) Draft Jonah Williams, looking like the best Left Tackle to come out in years in the 1st

6) find a decent mid round CB and interior OL

7) Make playoffs for next 10 years
