During training camp, an interview Jets safety Jamal Adams gave to Bleacher Report raised some eyebrows as the second year player suggested some of his former teammates didn’t always put in enough effort to prepare.
On WFAN’s CMB show today Adams reportedly said the issues remain in the locker room for the Jets.
Woah: @MaggieGray, on @CMBWFAN, asked S Jamal Adams about his comments to Bleacher Report this offseason about #Jets having a losing culture/some guys doing the bare minimum. Wanted to know if that’s changed.

Adams said he could sugarcoat it, but won’t. “No” it hasn’t changed
“I could sit here & sugarcoat everything, but things haven’t changed. Obviously we’re still losing. I’m not saying we have guys like that in LR, but at same time it’s not changing. It hasn’t changed. We’ve been losing. At EOD we’re going to get it fixed. Soon sun will shine” https://t.co/p0K7gR2zs8

Things tend to get ugly when the season goes down the drain. This type of stuff can become par for the course. I can’t say I’m certain it is a great idea for Adams to make this stuff public, but none of this reflects well on the people currently running the team for the Jets.
It is going to be a long two weeks around this team.
