The New York Jets hit the road for the first time in almost a month to take on the Chicago Bears in the Windy City. The game starts at 1:00 pm EDT. The weather in Chicago will live up to the city’s nickname. It will be blustery, wet and chilly, difficult conditions for the passing game. Skies will be cloudy, with scattered showers and thunderstorms. Winds will be out of the northwest at 15-25 mph with some gusts up to 35 mph throughout the game. This will be a second straight game with challenging conditions for the quarterbacks. Temperatures will hover in the high 40s to near 50 throughout the game. Humidity will be high, in the 80s, approaching 100% during the showers and thunderstorms. This will be a raw, wet, chilly, blustery, uncomfortable day for players, coaches and fans alike.
For those watching the game at home, conditions will be comfortable, with steady temperatures in the low 70s, low humidity, no wind to speak of and no chance of showers.
Enjoy the game everybody.
