I think the leadup to the NFL Draft has a series of phases. Phase one is the college football season where prospects submit their tape. Phase two begins today, the all-star games. This is where we get to see propsects compete against high level competition in NFL type schemes with professional coaching.
The big prospects are typically at the Senior Bowl, which will not happen until next Saturday. Today we do have a pair of college all-star games with lower level prospects, the East-West Shrine Game, and the NFLPA Collegiate Bowl.
While the players you see today probably will not have their name called the first night of the 2018 NFL Draft, there are some players who will be selected later on, and there will undoubtedly be some good NFL players in these games.
For information on the games, you can check below. You can also use this as a thread to discuss the games as they take place.
