TNF: Rams vs 49ers Game Thread

Thursday Night Football, Week 3. The Los Angeles Rams travel to Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California to take on the San Francisco 49ers. The Rams come into the game with a 1-1 record. Led by second year quarterback Jared Goff, oft injured but outstanding when healthy wide receiver Sammy Watkins, resurgent third year running back Todd Gurley, and a talented if inconsistent defense the Rams look to be a team on the rise.

The 49ers come into the game with an 0-2 record, clearly in rebuilding mode, with an uninspiring roster and no quarterback to speak of (sounds familiar, right?).

This isn't exactly a marquee matchup for a prime time game, but it will have to suffice. The development of Jared Goff should be interesting, and maybe my guy George Kittle can break out against the Rams.
