Today, September 17, 2017 the New York Jets will be in the legendary Oakland Coliseum in Oakland, California to take on Derek Carr and the Oakland Raiders in the second game of the 2017 season at 4:00 pm EST. The weather in Oakland will be ideal for football. It will be sunny and warm with game time temperatures starting out in the low 70s and gradually dropping to the high 60s as the game goes into the second half. Humidity will be comfortable in the 50s and 60s with a near zero chance of precipitation. There will be a brisk breeze out of the west southwest of 10 to 15 mph throughout the game, but it should not be enough to disrupt the passing game. All in all you couldn’t ask for nicer weather to watch a football game.
For those watching the game at home, temperatures will be steady around 70, no sun will be visible, with no non-anthropogenic wind and a zero percent chance of precipitation, but a high probability of despair.
Enjoy the game everybody. Hope for a Golden State Miracle.
