The Jets had an eventful weekend. They lost to the Giants 32-31 at MetLife Stadium on Saturday night. Then on Sunday they made a couple of relatively minor roster moves. We discuss this on the podcast today.
The main takeaways from Saturday night revolve around two quarterbacks who turned in two very different performances. Christian Hackenberg’s night was catastrophic. Bryce Petty’s night was stellar before he suffered a knee injury, which was reported to be minor. What can we take from this? What does it mean going forward for these two guys? We will discuss it.
On Sunday the Jets traded Dexter McDougle to the Eagles and claimed Kony Ealy off waivers from New England. These are relatively minor moves, but we will still briefly discuss their significance.
