Welcome back everyone! We had a nice Summer to let our 2017 draft picks settle in. But now it is time to look forward to 2018. Each week, we will give you the game of the week, where you will find the most draft worthy talent in one place. With the limited amount of games this week, the pickings were slim. With that said, there is still one game with a lot of draft eligible talent. That is the Oregon State VS Colorado State game.(2:30 PM EST - CBS Sports Network)
Oregon State
RB, Ryan Nall - - 6’2”, 239 lbs, Senior
Strengths:
- Is very elusive
- Gets a lot of YAC
- Size
Weaknesses:
- Has a small sample size
- Hasn’t been much of a 3rd down threat so far
CB, Xavier Crawford - - 6’1”, 188 lbs, Junior
Strengths:
- Moves smoothly in space
- Puts himself in a good position to make plays in man coverage
Weaknesses:
- Not great against the run
- Needs to track the ball better
- Tackling
Colorado State
WR, Michael Gallup - - 6’1”, 195 lbs, Senior
Strengths:
- Great 1st Down %
- Very physical at the catch point
- Low drop %
Weaknesses:
- Small sample size at WR
OT, Zach Golditch - - 6’5”, 295 lbs, RS Senior
Strengths:
- Great at run blocking
- Can play both LT and RT
Weaknesses:
- Needs quicker feet
- Needs to get to the 2nd level faster
C, Jake Bennett - - 6’3”, 290 lbs, RS Senior
Strengths:
- Had a lot of dominant run blocks
- Keeps the QB clean
Weaknesses:
- Had a lot of whiffs while run blocking as well
- Inconsistent
