The NFL announced on Monday that Jets linebacker Darron Lee will not face discipline over an alleged incident at the Governors Ball music festival during the offseason.

"Following a review, we concluded there was insufficient evidence to support a finding that there was a violation of the personal conduct policy," a league spokesman told NFL.com.

The league review occurred after a video was posted on social media of a man who appeared to be Leonard Williams restraining another man who appeared to be Lee. The person who posted the video followed it up with a string of tweets documenting the chain of events led to Williams restraining Lee. Ultimately, the league decided there was not evidence that Lee merited discipline. It isn’t clear how much the league was able to find, but a string of one person’s social media posts probably wouldn’t be enough evidence in any venue.
