Jets Defensive Snap Totals vs. Titans: Corey Lemonier Saw Extensive Action

Dennis Schneidler-USA TODAY Sports

Doug Middleton wasn't able to escape the preseason opener unscathed, which is unfortunate for him because the coaching staff was giving him a long look. He led the Jets in total snaps on defense.

Also seeing extensive playing time were Corey Lemonier, Ronald Martin, and Josh Marty. Spencer Paysinger was the other Jet who played in more than half of the defensive snaps Saturday night.

The starters didn't get a ton of work. They were on the field for two series, and most of the first teamers saw less than 20% of the action. That total figures to go up in the next two weeks.

Full defensive snap totals are below.
