Training camp resumes today for the Jets. The first preseason game is in the books. Camp is starting to wind down. Now the team is back on the practice field trying to build on what went right against Tennessee on Saturday night and trying to correct what went wrong. Things are scheduled to get underway around 1:50 p.m. Eastern at the team practice facility in Florham Park, New Jersey.
I think that once the preseason starts, reports on how players look at practice take less significance. Games matter more than practices. I tend to think the results of the early practices are overstated anyway. The team is now preparing for its second preseason game in just a few days at Detroit.
