After a short hiatus, our podcast returns today. During this quiet time, I have decided to do a few shows with a Jets history theme. Today we have our second installment with that theme, looking at how the Jets won their second and still most recent AFC East title in 2002.

It took a wild sequence of events before the team even took the field for its Week 17 game against the Green Bay Packers to even have a chance. One of two early games had to break the right way, and neither was looking promising. Eventually the Jets got the help they needed. But a game against a top flight opponent remained. I recall the craziness that was the final week of that 2002 season on today’s podcast.
