The Jets are on the field today for the second day of minicamp. This is the one part of the offseason that is mandatory for veteran players so everybody is there unless excused or injured.
The first day was headlined by a reported strong performance by Christian Hackenberg. All reports seemed to indicate Hackenberg had his best practice of the offseason, a positive development. Can he build on a strong opening day? How much does it even really matter? Can we draw any sort of meaningful conclusion from a day of offseason practice where the players aren’t even in pads? What will it mean if day two isn’t as strong of a practice for him?
As you ponder those questions, I will point out that the GGN Twitter widget is embedded below. The widget updates continuously with the latest Jets news. You don’t need minicamp to know this widget is a superstar level performer.
