Andy Slater of 940-AM in Miami, Florida, reports Jets wide receiver Robby Anderson was arrested last night at a music festival in Miami.
According to sources, Robby Anderson, 23, is being charged with a felony count of resisting arrest with violence and also obstruction of justice.
Details are yet to emerge from the alleged incident, but it's believed that Anderson was on or backstage at the time.
Obviously, in moments like this it is best to let the facts come out before saying anything. We know none of the details at this moment.
Anderson had 42 catches for 587 yards and 2 touchdowns last season as an undrafted free agent rookie. He earned a spot on the team after an excellent preseason where he was one of the league’s most productive receivers. Anderson currently projects to have a starting role as the potential number three receiver behind Eric Decker and Quincy Enunwa.
