This means the Jets have signed every single one of their rookies apart from first round selection Jamal Adams.
Stewart was a standout for an Alabama team that didn't always make the most out of its receivers. He finished his time at Alabama with 129 receptions, 1713 yards and 12 touchdowns. As well as being a hard runner after the catch, Stewart is also known as an excellent run blocker.
He's only just getting his feet wet with the Jets, but things are going smoothly thus far for the rookie.
"It's going pretty good. I'm just trying to learn as much as I can as fast as I can," Stewart said recently. "I'm just ready to get in, get deeper into the playbook, and see where it goes."
