This is expected if not exciting. Unfortunately for Robinson, he just can't seen to escape the injury bug. After going undrafted, he signed on with the Saints.
He suffered a tibia fracture in 2015. Then signed with the Jets before the 2016 season. He reinjured his leg in the pre-season and was cut by the Jets in September. After focusing on rehab, he signed back on with the Jets in December, only to again...injure his leg.
All in all Robinson had 8 rushes with the Jets for 22 yards appearing in one regular season game.
Despite all of this, Robinson is staying optimistic. He tweeted "Ima Bounce Back" on hearing the news.
