Tanner Purdum was a player I highlighted earlier this off-season as a guy the Jets should look to keep. You never notice the long snapper until you've got a bad one.
Fortunately for the Jets, we've had a good one in Tanner since 2010.
We have re-signed LS Tanner Purdum.

Purdum was signed by the Chiefs after going undrafted in the 2008 draft out of Baker. After the Chiefs let him go, the Jets snapped him up in 2010 and for the last 7 years, we haven't had to worry about the position at all.
