If available, should Jabril Peppers be taken at 39?

I've watched a lot of Peppers tape and there's no doubt how good he is. The question is, what position is he actually good at, and what position could he play in the NFL? This Jets defense needs playmakers. The defense struggled to force turnovers. He was once pegged to be a top 10 pick, but now there's talk of him slipping to the second round. I think he could play a smilier position to the one Mark Baron and Deone Bucannon play. (Bucannon flourished in that role under Bowles). I could also see him being a similar player to Calvin Pryor, which would not be a good thing. Peppers would definitely be a risky pick, but I would be on board. I'll be curious to see what other people think of him, as he really is the most polarizing player in the draft. Keep in mind he just turned 21 in October
