Cimini's 5 point plan for Morton

Just read on espn Cimini's 5 point plan for new OC Morton. Looks spot on to me.

I think time will show just how bad a job Gailey did. Not only this year, but setting up the O for future success. The misuse of RB's (Forte is long past being a workhorse) to refusing to utilize the TE as a threat.

He gets credit for 10-6 that was based largely on a soft schedule. He did nothing that year to build for this year and it showed. The only player to show marked improvement year to year on O was Q.

Bowles staff let him down on both sides of the ball. Gailey's mailing it in is near the top.

I'm psyched about what Morton can bring.
