We’re down to the last half of 2017 Jets football. And the Jets are down 21-3 to the Patriots.
Bryce Petty has been a little better than last week. He threw a gorgeous strike on a deep seam pattern to tight end Neal Sterling for a big play. But overall Petty continues to struggle badly with his accuracy and he provided sub-par play at quarterback.
The Jets defense did a decent job holding the Patriots offense for a while before the Patriots eventually asserted their dominance. Juston Burris was horrific, repeatedly getting burned and penalized.
The Jets will get the ball to open the second half. It will be interesting to see if Christian Hackenberg comes out to start the second half.
