The Jets lost once again on Sunday. The Los Angeles Chargers handed the Jets a 14-7 defeat at MetLife Stadium. Today we look back at the game on the podcast.
In many instances, the quarterback gets too much credit when the team wins and takes too much blame when the team loses. That has not been the case for the Jets the last two weeks. Bryce Petty's play has been extremely ineffective. The young quarterback was the primary culprit in last week's loss to the Saints, and things did not get any better against the Chargers. The fact he has been training for three years, and this is the best the Jets can get feels like a very bad sign. We discuss it on today's show along with some of the other performances of note from the loss.
