Jets-Chargers: Game Time, TV, Announcers, Online Streaming, Week 16 on TV in New York and More

NFL: Los Angeles Chargers at Kansas City Chiefs Denny Medley-USA TODAY Sports

FOX has a doubleheader this week while CBS will show one game to each region. New York does not get a FOX doubleheader, however. The Jets play a home game early on CBS. League rules do not allow another game to be shown at the same time a local team plays at home so there will be no early FOX game for New York.

If you live in the New York area, you will see:

Chargers at Jets early on CBS

Giants at Cardinals late on FOX

...................................

Ian Eagle and Dan Fouts will call the Jets-Chargers game, which is set to kick off at 1:00 p.m. Eastern on CBS.

While the game has Playoff implications for the Chargers, it will not be shown to a wide audience. The game will only be shown in the New York, Los Angeles, Bakersfield, San Diego, Palm Springs, Yuma, and Las Vegas markets.

Out of market fans lack many options. The league’s out of market package, Sunday Ticket, is only available to DirecTV subscribers. Students and people who cannot get DirecTV because of where they live might be eligible to purchase a streaming version of Sunday Ticket.

The entire nation will see Steelers at Texans Monday afternoon on NBC and NFL Network and Raiders at Eagles Monday night on ESPN.
