Forte Active, Ijalana Inactive Against Panthers

After being bothered for weeks with a balky knee, running back Matt Forte will be active for today’s game between the New York Jets and the Carolina Panthers, though he may have a reduced workload. On the flip side, after being paid for months like an important part of the offensive line, offensive tackle Ben Ijalana will be a healthy scratch for today’s game.
