Monday Night Football, Week 5. Tonight the Minnesota Vikings travel to legendary Soldier Field in Chicago, Illinois to take on the Chicago Bears. The Bears and the Vikings are vying to stay out of the NFC North cellar.
The Vikings have lost rookie standout running back Dalvin Cook to injury, but they should get starting quarterback Sam Bradford back for the first time in a month. The Vikings, with a 2-2 record, have featured their usual stout defense, but have struggled at times to put up points on offense.
The Bears came into the season expected to be one of the worst teams in the NFL, and through the first four weeks that assessment has proven more or less accurate. The Bears come into the game with a 1-3 record and have been blown out in two of their three losses. On the other hand the Bears gave the Atlanta Falcons all they could handle in Week 1 and also managed an overtime victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers. The primary excitement for Bears fans in this game revolves around the NFL debut of prized rookie quarterback Mitchell Trubisky. If preseason games are any indication Trubisky just might provide a much needed lift to this Bears franchise.
It's the Bears and the Vikings renewing one of the NFL's storied rivalries in an NFC North showdown.
Enjoy the game everybody. As always we ask that you neither ask for nor post illegal streaming links.
