MNF: Broncos vs Chiefs Game Thread

Jay Biggerstaff-USA TODAY Sports

Monday Night Football, Week 8. Tonight the 3-3 Denver Broncos renew a bitter rivalry when they travel to Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri to take on the 5-2 Kansas City Chiefs in an AFC West showdown.

The Broncos enter this game reeling, losers of three of their last four games. The Broncos feature their usual excellent defense, led by edge defender deluxe Von Miller, who already has accumulated seven sacks in just six games this year, and one of the best secondaries in the NFL. On offense the Broncos feature struggling quarterback Trevor Siemian, running back C.J. Anderson, and wide receivers Demaryius Thomas and Emmanuel Sanders.

The Chiefs answer with a trio of offensive talents in dynamic rookie running back Kareem Hunt, electric wide receiver Tyreek Hill and star tight end Travis Kelce, along with long time signal caller Alex Smith. Those weapons have given the Chiefs the #2 offense in the NFL, an offense that has scored at least 24 points in all but one game this year. The Denver offense has failed to score more than 16 points in their last four games. That sets this game up as a classic great offense vs great defense confrontation.

It's the Broncos against the Chiefs in one of the NFL's best and bitterest rivalries in an AFC West showdown on Monday Night.

Enjoy the game everybody. As always we ask that you neither ask for nor post illegal streaming links.
