The 2016 season is now over for the New York Jets. It came to its conclusion in a 30-10 win over the Buffalo Bills Sunday at the Meadowlands. Over the coming days and weeks, we will put a bow on a disappointing year for the green and white. On today's podcast, we take one final look at the win to conclude 2016 and take a look forward.
Even with all of the discussion of tanking, Sunday's win didn't really hurt the team's Draft position. I'm not sure it is as big of a deal as people make it out to be as the Jets' last New Year's Day victory over the Bills reminds us. Listen to hear about that, a breakdown of the game, some small reasons for optimism, and why the team made the least bad choice it could in sticking with Todd Bowles and Mike Maccagnan.
