Super Bowl 51 teams, date, time, location, odds for Patriots-Falcons 2017

NFL: AFC Championship-Pittsburgh Steelers at New England Patriots James Lang-USA TODAY Sports

The matchup for Super Bowl LI is set as the NFC Champion Atlanta Falcons will take on the AFC Champion New England Patriots.

It likely comes as no surprise, but the Patriots open as the favorite. The early odds have the Falcons as three point underdogs. While Atlanta has the best offense in the league, the Patriots have been the more balanced of the two teams. They also have a championship pedigree after taking home the Lombardi Trophy two years ago.

It also shouldn’t be a surprise that many points are expected. This game has the high powered Atlanta offense on one side and Tom Brady on the other. The early over/under is 60 for the title game.
