Moments after defeating the Buffalo Bills 30-10 to end a disappointing 2016 season, a Jets spokesman announced that the team would be bringing back both Head Coach Todd Bowles and General Manager Mike Maccagnan in 2017, giving them a 3rd year to get this franchise on track.
It's been a rocky year for the Jets, but Woody Johnson is choosing to take the patient road by announcing the return of the HC and GM. The duo inherited a depleted roster and although the 'competitive rebuild' coined by Maccagnan has failed to produce a play-off appearance, he'll get another crack of the whip in 2017.
What are your thoughts Jets fans, do you like or dislike this decision?
