For the first sixteen weeks of the season, there are three games shown in the afternoon to each region. Either FOX or CBS gets a doubleheader, and the other network gets to show one game. In Week 17, both FOX and CBS have a doubleheader.
If you live in the New York area, you will see:
Bills at Jets early on CBS
Cowboys at Eagles early on FOX
Raiders at Broncos late on CBS
Giants at Washington late on FOX
The entire nation will see Packers at Lions tonight on NBC.
..............................
If you want to watch this game, you had better live in a television market based in New York. The Jets-Bills game, scheduled for a 1:00 p.m. Eastern kickoff will be shown in every New York based market except Plattsburgh. It won’t be shown anywhere else. If you don’t live in those areas, your options are limited. The NFL’s out of market TV package, NFL Sunday Ticket, is only available on DirecTV. They do, however, offer a streaming package if you live somewhere that cannot get DirecTV or are a college student.
Andrew Catalon, Steve Beuerlein, and Steve Tasker will announce the game for CBS. Yup, it’s an Andrew Catalon, Steve Beuerlein, Steve Tasker kind of game.
