Jets Cut Two RBs And Two DBs

Dexter McDougle, Ronald Martin, Khiry Robinson and Dominique Williams have been cut.

To make room for the four players claimed on waivers by the New York Jets earlier today, the Jets have cut running backs Khiry Robinson and Dominique Williams and defensive backs Dexter McDougle and Ronald Martin.

The Jets now have four tight ends and four quarterbacks on the 53 man roster, while having just five cornerbacks and three safeties.

It is believed Robinson again broke his previously broken leg in the Eagles game and is being waived injured, with the intention of placing him on injured reserve.

The waiving of McDougle means the Jets now have only three players remaining on the roster from the Idzik 12 drafted in 2014: safety Calvin Pryor, guard Dakota Dozier and H-back Quincy Enunwa
