Former Jets tight end, Jace Amaro, who was waived yesterday has been claimed by the Tennessee Titans.

Amaro caught 38 passes for the Jets in his rookie season of 2014. He missed all of last year with a shoulder injury before being cut. Amaro now joins the Titans rebuilding project led by Marcus Mariota.
The Titans had the top claim in the waiver process. It isn't clear at this point whether any more teams claimed Amaro. It certainly is possible. Other teams could have claimed Amaro, but the Titans currently own the top priority due to their record last year so they get the top choice of waivers.
This officially ends Amaro's time with the team. Although unlikely due to the apparent dislike the coaching staff has for him, Amaro theoretically could have been put on the practice squad had he cleared waivers.
