Sunday was not a fun day to be a Jets fan. The team fell to 1-2, suffering a conference loss to a quality opponent. The team's quarterback put up one of the worst statistical days anybody has seen since the turn of the century. Everybody is understandably upset.
On today's podcast, I ask you for calm when it comes to the team's quarterback, the team's decision-making process at quarterback, and the performance of the head coach. I'm not making excuses for anybody. Sunday's performance was truly terrible. I just think we need to view things in a broader context. As I say early in the show, I'm not sure whether the voice of reason is a good look on me, but it is what I am aiming for.
The Locked on Jets podcast airs Monday through Friday. You can listen, subscribe, and rate the show (hopefully well) on both iTunes and Audioboom. Thanks for your support.
