Monday Night Football, week 1, game 1. Just in case you haven't gotten your fill of football opening week, the NFL is proud to present you with the gluttonous prospect of not one, but two Monday Night contests. In the first game the Pittsburgh Steelers travel to our nation's capital to take on the Washington Redskins. The Steelers are led by the uber-productive combination of star quarterback Ben Roethlisberger throwing to star receiver Antonio Brown. This is a duo that nobody in the NFL has figured out how to stop. Countering the Pittsburgh aerial fireworks will be Washington's quarterback Kirk Cousins, fresh off a breakout year. Cousins will be throwing to veteran wide receivers Pierre Garcon and DeSean Jackson, along with star tight end Jordan Reed. This should be an interesting game between two playoff hopefuls to open the Monday Night schedule.
