Todd Bowles indicated in his postgame press conference tonight that linebacker David Harris will undergo tests on Sunday on the shoulder he injured in the Jets' preseason game against the Giants.

David Harris left game with right shoulder injury. He just left NYJ locker room with arm in sling.— Kimberly Jones (@KimJonesSports) August 28, 2016
Only Marcus Gilchrist played more snaps than Harris on the defense a year ago. His presence in the lineup for the Jets has been a given for years. He hasn't missed a game since 2008.
The team did, of course, use a first round pick on Darron Lee, who plays the same position. The Jets surely would prefer to bring Lee along slowly, which might not be an option if Harris has to miss time.
