Who performed well in the preseason opener? Here are five studs from last night's game against the Jaguars.
Darron Lee: In his first professional game, Lee looked similar to the impact guy he was at Ohio State, getting into the backfield and creating disruption. He had a pair of tackles behind the line of scrimmage and disrupted another play.
Rontez Miles: Whenever this guy plays, he always seems to be around the ball. He led the team with six tackles. It's going to be interesting to see whether Todd Bowles can come up with creative ways to deploy him this season.
Jalin Marshall: That 84 yard return is certainly going to help his cause in making the roster. Unlike two of his teammates who we will discuss in a post later today, Marshall built on strong early training camp practices.
Shelby Harris: Making this team as a defensive lineman remains a tall order, but Harris twice got into the backfield to disrupt plays.
Quincy Enunwa: A pair of catches for 69 yards set up the touchdown the starters scored. Enunwa provided value with his blocking. The big question for him this year is how much he can improve as a receiver. So far, so good.
