It was another good day at practise for the Jets with both Ryan Fitzpatrick and Geno Smith enjoying good days throwing the football.
Saturday will mark the first full pads practise, and we're checking in with Todd Bowles following Friday's session.
Bowles says Sheldon has been "rightfully excused" from practice. Will be gone for a few days. #NYJ

Bowles on @Revis24's wrist recovery: "Could be day-to-day, could be week-to-week. Whenever doctors say it's right and he feels better."

Bowles asked if it's conceivable that the #Jets could keep 4 QBs. "It's conceivable." Says he played on Redskins team that had 4 QBs

Bowles not going to praise anyone after two days, Jalin Marshall included. He's all about waiting to see what happens when the pads come on.

- Todd Bowles also confirmed that the team was going to stick with one punter for the time being, but they may bring another one in later in camp.
- A note from yesterday that hasn't been mentioned yet, but every single Jets player who could participate, passed their conditioning test.
- Geno is the #2 right now, but it's up for grabs...just like every other position. If you don't play well and someone else at your position does, then it's up for grabs.
