NY Jets: Brady's Appeal Denied

Brady down to one option for appeal: the Supreme Court.

Tom Brady's appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit to have his case reheard by the Second Circuit three judge panel, or in the alternative reheard by the full Second Circuit Court Of Appeals, has been denied.  Here is an image of the Second Circuit's decision:

Tom Brady is now down to one remaining avenue of appeal: he can petition to have his case heard by the Supreme Court of the United States.  It would be the longest of long shots if the Supreme Court were to decide to hear his case.  Nonetheless, Brady can petition the Supreme Court to hear his case and have his suspension stayed until the Supreme Court either declines to hear his case or takes the case and renders a decision in the matter.
