According to Las Vegas Super Book, the New York Jets updated win total over/under is set at 8 wins:

I know very little about gambling (although I am very good at losing money at the penny slots), but this seems fair. The quarterback spot is up in the air and while the team, overall, seems to be slightly better than last year, the schedule will be much more difficult.
