NY Jets: The Pick Six Winner

A stellar performance in this year's contest.

A couple of days ago we posted the Pick Six contest, in which contestants named six players they thought the Jets would take in the 2016 NFL Draft.  With the draft completed, the results of the contest are in.  Several contestants were prescient enough to select quarterback Christian Hackenberg.  Several other contestants were Nostradamus-like and foresaw the selection of linebacker Jordan Jenkins.  Well done.  All these contestants got one point in the contest.   But then there was one amazing prognosticator.  Clearly this GGN member had inside access to the Jets' war room.  Because this member looked into his crystal ball and saw not one, not two, but an astounding three of the Jets' 2016 draft selections.  He (or she) got the Darron Lee selection right, the only contestant to do so.  He got the Hackenberg selection right.  And in a final astounding feat of fearless foresight, this contestant even got the seventh round selection of wide receiver Charone Peake right.  That gave him four points in the contest (rounds 4-7 count double), three more than any other contestant. No contestant has ever gotten this much right before.

Without further ado, please join me in congratulating our 2016 Pick Six Champion and winner of a year's supply of dumb Smackdad jokes.  Bballboy32591, take a bow.  You are truly a draft visionary.

Here's the winning entry:

Jack Conklin
Christian Hackenberg
Su’a Cravens
Charone Peake
Joe Thuney
Darron Lee
