Memphis quarterback Paxton Lynch held his pro day yesterday. The Jets were out in force to scout him.
The Jets are expected to have a four-man contingent today at Paxton Lynch's pro day, including GM Mike Maccagnan.... https://t.co/3nwrkZMmlC

Also scheduled to attend are QB coach Kevin Patullo, director of college scouting Rex Hogan and regional scout Dom Green, according to a list of expected NFL reps. No other team will have as many as four at the Memphis pro day, per the list.
It is unclear how much the Jets like Lynch, but clearly they are going to be as thorough as possible scouting him. The bottom line is the Jets need a long-term solution at quarterback. With Carson Wentz and Jared Goff expected to be long gone by the time the Jets pick, Lynch is probably going to be the highest rated quarterback on the board.
