Jets Are Underdogs in First Six Games

Vegas betting lines are out for the first 16 weeks of the 2016 NFL season. The general consensus is that the Jets have a very difficult start to the season.

The oddsmakers agree. The Jets are not favored in the first six weeks of the season. They are home underdogs in the opener against the Bengals. They are also underdogs in the second home game of the season against the Seahawks.

Of course, this is subject to change. Every year, there are teams that are not as good or as bad as people expect. Every year, I say this when the schedule comes out. Every year, people disagree. Every year, it turns out that way.
