Restricted free agent tight end Josh Hill visited the Jets yesterday.

As a restricted free agent, the Saints can match any offer to Hill. New Orleans would receive no compensation for refusing to match an offer to him, however.
Hill has 36 catches for 340 yards and 8 touchdowns spread over his three year NFL career. The Saints signed him as an undrafted free agent out of Idaho State in 2013.
He had an opportunity to carve out a role in the New Orleans offense after the Jimmy Graham trade last season. Sean Payton sounded excited about Hill over the offseason. He only had 16 receptions in 2015, though.
Hill might be an interesting camp body. He has some good measurables, but I am not sure this is the type of player I would spend anything more than the minimum on.
