Upshaw was a second round pick of Baltimore in the 2012 Draft. He has spent his entire four year career with the Ravens.
Although Upshaw plays outside linebacker, he would not satisfy the team's need for an edge rusher. Upshaw registered only 2 sacks during the 2015 season and has only 5 over the course of his entire career.
He has shown a real knack for playing the run, though. Upshaw is very good at setting the edge in the run game. He might serve as a replacement for Calvin Pace in the starting lineup.
