According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the New York Jets will be re-signing RB Bilal Powell.
Jets are re-signing RB Bilal Powell, per source.

Powell is a versatile running back who runs and blocks well and can also catch the ball. OC Chan Gailey has shown how creative he can be with two backs, and we may see some more of these looks with the pairing of former Chicago Bears RB Matt Forte. I also love how Bilal never gives up and keeps scratching for the extra yards on every play.
Powell has been with the Jets since they drafted him in the fourth round in 2011. He was a free agent a year ago but returned on a one year contract. There had been rumors about other teams showing interest, but Powell is staying with the only team he has known.
Powell to the people!
