On today's podcast, we talk about potential coaching candidates in the event the Jets make a change (not that I necessarily think a coaching change is the right move), whether the team should look to bring back Geno Smith for one last look, the needs this team has, why we shouldn't only focus on positional needs, bringing in a CEO to run the organization, and what being a fan means.
