Jets vs Bills Game Day Forecast

Kevin Hoffman-USA TODAY Sports

On Sunday afternoon, January 1, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. EST the  New York Jets will say goodbye to a disappointing 2016 and ring in the New Year by taking on the Buffalo Bills at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.  The weather in East Rutherford will be about as good as it gets for football in January.  Skies will be filled with brilliant sunshine.  Temperatures will be in the mid forties to start the game and will stay there throughout.  Humidity will be low, in the 40s, and the chance of precipitation will be near zero.  Winds will be blowing out of the northwest at about 10 mph throughout the game.

This shapes up as a nice January afternoon to watch football in East Rutherford, if you are still interested enough to go to the game.  For those watching on television skies will be clear, there will be a zero percent chance of precipitation, humidity will be low, temperatures will be balmy and the chance of victory will be near zero.

Enjoy the game everybody.
